Return & Exchange

In keeping with Adorable Little goal of ensuring customer satisfaction, we always pack our products with love and take extreme care to ensure that products that reaches you are defect free and not been used before, thus we do not allow any returns, refunds or exchanges.

Exchange is only possible in the case of fashion, where you receive a damaged product or the size of the product ordered was different from what was delivered.

This return or cancellation Policy, together with the terms of use, sets out Adorable Little procedures and policies for accepting Product returns, once a product has been delivered to a customer after purchase from the site. Any return of product(s) by users shall be governed by and subject to the terms and conditions set out under this Return and Cancellation Policy.

Terms of Exchange/ Refund
  1. Product(s) should be unused, unwashed with all original tags intact, and should be returned back within 2 days from receipt of the order in original packaging along with all parts and freebies and a copy of the original invoice to be eligible to receive an exchange.
  2. In case, the inspection team concludes that the product is returned after being used (Cases like Tag missing, Cloth has a strain, or any other reason), no exchange will be processed.
  3. Customer is required to contact – Contact@adorablelittle.com and write the issue in brief.
  4. Any order which has not been shipped can be cancelled and refunded. In that case you will receive the refund within 5-7 business days from the cancellation of your order.
  5. Exchange is allowed only for Fashion. Return not accepted for product(s) mentioned in Essentials and Toys category.
